EDUCATION IN UNITED STATES
In the United States Province, Sisters who are committed to education ministry serve as Assistant Principal for Academics and Student Life; and Director of Curriculum and Staff Development. Sisters ensure that student activities and behaviour align with Christian values. In working with seasoned teachers to implement New Curriculum, Sisters are serving to create an atmosphere in which their minority students can compete intellectually, socially, and spiritually in the larger society.

FOCAL EDUCATIONAL POINT
The focal point of the educational ministries sisters are involved with this year is reading literacy, advocacy on behalf of parents right to choose a Catholic education for their children with financial help from the government, high school education for young women, bringing God to students, as a substitute teacher, advocacy on issues of religious freedom, choice in education and other social justice issues that arise.
